Scope of These Terms These Terms of Use apply to the mobile application Baby4KeepSafe, developed and published by Küpkodkare Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Baby4KeepSafe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Küpkodkare Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Android device, subject to these Terms.

3. Intended Use

Baby4KeepSafe is designed to be used as a personal baby monitoring tool over a private local Wi-Fi network. The App is intended for:

Monitoring infants and young children within your own household
Use on devices owned by you or members of your household
Use over a private and secure Wi-Fi network

The App is not intended for surveillance of individuals without their knowledge or consent. Use of this App to monitor others without authorization may violate applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for surveillance, stalking, or monitoring individuals without their consent
Use the App over unsecured or public networks to transmit private video or audio
Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's device using this App

5. Privacy and Data

All video and audio streams are transmitted exclusively between your devices over your local Wi-Fi network. We do not have access to, record, or store any camera or microphone data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. In-App Purchases

Baby4KeepSafe offers an optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase processed through Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.

7. Advertisements

The free version of Baby4KeepSafe displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.

8. Important Safety Warning

⚠️ Baby4KeepSafe is an assistive monitoring tool only — NOT a standalone safety device.

By using Baby4KeepSafe, you acknowledge and accept the following limitations:

Physical supervision is always required. This app does not replace the need for an adult to be physically present or nearby.
Wi-Fi and network interruptions may cut the connection at any time, preventing video, audio, and alerts from being delivered.
Battery drain on either device may terminate the monitoring session without warning.
Sound, motion, and face detection systems do not guarantee 100% accuracy. False positives and missed detections may occur depending on environmental conditions, lighting, and device performance.
Notifications may not be delivered if the parent device is in sleep mode, silent mode, or if system notifications are restricted.
App performance depends on device hardware, Android version, network speed, and environmental conditions. Results may vary.
Technical failures including app crashes, operating system interruptions, or device restarts may terminate monitoring without notice.

Küpkodkare Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti. cannot be held liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from the use or inability to use this application, including but not limited to missed alerts, connection failures, or detection inaccuracies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable as a sole safety monitoring device.

Important: Baby4KeepSafe should not be used as the sole means of monitoring a child's safety. Always ensure additional supervision measures are in place. We are not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on this App as a safety device.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Küpkodkare Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed alerts, connection failures, or network interruptions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bursa courts.
