Scope of These Terms These Terms of Use apply to the mobile application Cosmoid Star, developed and published by Küpkodkare Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cosmoid Star ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Küpkodkare Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Android device, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
Use cheats, exploits, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage

4. In-App Purchases

Cosmoid Star offers optional in-app purchases including:

Remove Ads — permanently removes advertisements (non-consumable)
Ship Pack — unlocks additional ship skins (non-consumable)
Bomb Pack — adds bombs to your inventory (consumable)
Life Pack — adds lives to your inventory (consumable)

All purchases are processed through Google Play. Consumable items are used within the game and cannot be refunded once consumed. Non-consumable purchases are linked to your Google Play account and can be restored.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.

5. Advertisements

The free version of Cosmoid Star displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Cosmoid Star, including graphics, sounds, game mechanics, and code, is the property of Küpkodkare Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Küpkodkare Yazılım Ticaret Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bursa courts.
